Framing started on Eskridge

We’ve started framing our new construction project in Northwest DC.   As you can the, the first level is being built up, and things are moving quickly!

While its hard to envision how elaborate this basement level will be now, in a few weeks this space will be transformed in the ultimate entertaining area.  The movie theater room, gym, steam room, hot tub, and wine cellar will all be on this floor.

The big cutout in the picture below is where our Jacuzzi Spa will go, and that smaller square is where our elevator will be.
